I’m creating this Blog/site as an outlet to post information about some of the workouts I’ve recently been working on. I’ve started somewhere around 203 pounds and am going to try and gain weight/strength over the next few months (not sure how much I’m shooting for but I’m definetly determined).
I might also add a mental wellness component to this whole thing. I’ve suffered from anxiety since I was in elementary school and it’s been pretty rough along the way. I’d like to show people there’s hope along the way. I’ve found that most sources can often make it difficult for a “guy” to relate to it. We’ll see where this aspect goes.
